Born on December 2, 1981 on the 2nd of December in Cape Town South Africa Lesley-Ann Brandt is an actress and model well known for her appearances in both TV shows and films. Brandt began her career as a model in New Zealand with the sitcom Diplomatic immunity. Her American debut was with the character of Naevia on the historical drama Spartacus: Blood and Sand. Since then, the actress has appeared on numerous TV series including Spartacus: Gods of the Arena CSI: NY Single Ladies as well as The Librarians. Since 2016, Brandt has played the character of Mazikeen in the popular urban fantasy show Lucifer which stars Tom Ellis Lauren German and Kevin Alejandro. Brandt is originally from Cape Town South Africa, yet she relocated with her parents in Auckland New Zealand in late teenager years. Brandt began modeling in commercials on TV and in print. Before she became a renowned model, she was employed as an retail salesperson as well as a recruitment consultant in the field of information technology.
